Equipped with gentle agitators or propellers (low-shear design to avoid breaking milk fat globules) for uniform blending of milk with cream, sugar, stabilizers, vitamins, or flavorings; some models add scraped-surface agitators to prevent milk from sticking to tank walls during heating/cooling.


3. Temperature Control

Feature jacketed walls for precise heating (pasteurization pre-heating) or cooling (to maintain milk freshness at 2–4°C); insulated layers reduce energy loss and ensure stable temperatures during mixing.


4. Hygiene & Operational Features

Include CIP (Clean-in-Place) compatibility for automated sanitization, sanitary inlet/outlet valves, sampling ports, and level sensors; closed-system design minimizes contamination from air and external pollutants.
