PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Tank Body: Made of food-grade stainless steel (304/316) or food-safe plastic, with a cylindrical vertical design (or horizontal for space-saving) and a capacity of 400 liters, resistant to coffee pulp acidity.
2. Top Cover: Options include open-top lids (for natural fermentation, allowing airflow and manual stirring) or sealed lids with air valves (for controlled fermentation, regulating gas exchange to avoid spoilage).
3. Base & Drain System: Reinforced bottom with anti-slip supports, plus a bottom drain valve (with filter screen) to discharge fermentation liquid or rinse water easily.
4. Accessories: Sampling ports for monitoring fermentation progress, temperature probes for tracking internal temperature (critical for coffee fermentation), and optional stirring arms for evenly mixing coffee pulp.
