1. Material & Surface Treatment
Contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel; the inner wall is mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) to avoid residue adhesion and facilitate CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning, complying with dairy hygiene standards.
2. Jacket Structure & Temperature Control
Equipped with a full jacket for circulating hot water or chilled glycol, enabling precise temperature control (40–45°C for fermentation activation, 2–6°C for post-blending cooling) to ensure yogurt texture and flavor stability.
3. Agitation System
Fitted with anchor-type or paddle-type agitators running at low speeds (10–60 r/min) to gently mix ingredients without damaging yogurt’s delicate gel structure; the seal uses sanitary mechanical seals to prevent contamination and leakage.
4. Key Accessories
Standard configurations include a sight glass with a light, a temperature sensor port, a CIP cleaning ball, a manway for manual inspection, a level gauge, and a sampling valve for real-time quality testing.
Ideal for artisanal yogurt factories, dairy product R&D labs, and small-scale production lines, suitable for blending plain yogurt, flavored yogurt, and yogurt drinks with fruit pulp or cereal additives.
