2000L pepper sauce mixing tanks are heavy-duty sanitary vessels designed for large-batch blending of pepper sauce, chili paste, and similar viscous condiments, integrating mixing, heating, and homogenizing functions.
1. Material & Surface Treatment
Contact parts adopt food-grade SUS316L stainless steel (superior corrosion resistance against acidic/ spicy ingredients), with inner wall mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) for easy CIP cleaning and no residue adhesion; the outer wall can be insulated with rock wool to maintain temperature stability during processing.
2. Jacket Structure & Heating Function
Equipped with a full jacket for steam heating or thermal oil circulation, enabling temperature control from 50–90°C—this helps dissolve sugar, emulsify oil-water mixtures, and sterilize the sauce to extend shelf life; pressure relief valves are installed to ensure safe operation.
3. Agitation & Homogenizing System
Fitted with a double-layer anchor-type agitator with scraper blades (speed adjustable from 10–80 r/min), the scraper continuously wipes the tank wall and bottom to prevent raw material caking and burning; some models are equipped with a side-mounted high-shear homogenizer to break down chili particles, ensuring uniform texture of the sauce without gritty taste.
4. Key Accessories
Standard configurations include a large-diameter manway for manual feeding of solid ingredients (e.g., chili peppers, garlic), a sanitary butterfly valve for discharge, a temperature sensor with digital display, a vacuum port for deaeration (reduces sauce oxidation), and a sampling valve for real-time quality inspection.
Perfect for medium to large condiment factories, suitable for producing various spicy sauces (e.g., Sichuan chili sauce, black pepper sauce) and thick pastes, compatible with both batch and semi-continuous production lines.
