PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Material & Structure
Contact parts are constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, including the washing head, spray nozzles, and fluid lines, ensuring corrosion resistance against beer residues and cleaning agents; the frame is made of heavy-duty stainless steel for stability during operation.
2. Washing Cycle & Function
It executes a 3-step automated or semi-automated cleaning process:
◦ Pre-rinse: Flushes out leftover beer, yeast sediment, and debris with tap water or recycled rinse water via high-pressure spray nozzles inside the keg.
◦ Sanitization: Circulates food-grade sanitizer (e.g., peracetic acid solution) to eliminate bacteria and mold, with adjustable contact time (1–5 minutes) based on keg contamination levels.
◦ Final rinse & drying: Rinses away sanitizer residue with purified water, then uses filtered compressed air to blow-dry the keg interior, preventing residual moisture from affecting subsequent beer filling.
The single washing head is designed with a universal connector to fit standard keg valves (Speidel, Sankey, Euro) and features a leak-proof seal to avoid fluid spillage.
3. Operation & Control
Equipped with a simple control panel for cycle selection and time setting; supports manual mode (for spot cleaning heavily soiled kegs) and semi-automatic mode (for batch processing with minimal labor). The machine has a compact footprint, suitable for small workshop spaces with limited area.
4. Key Accessories
Standard configurations include a set of interchangeable valve adapters, a high-pressure spray nozzle kit, a sanitizer tank with level indicator, and a drain tray to collect wastewater for centralized disposal.
Ideal for small-scale craft beer operations, taprooms, or homebrewers who reuse kegs regularly; compatible with 5L, 10L, 15L, and 30L standard beer kegs, as well as cider or soda beverage kegs.
