1. Material & Structure
All beverage-contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, including dual washing heads, high-pressure spray manifolds, and fluid channels, ensuring corrosion resistance against beer residues, caustic cleaners, and sanitizers; the heavy-duty stainless steel frame provides stable support during continuous operation, with a compact footprint to save workshop space.
2. Dual-Head Synchronized Cleaning Cycle
It executes a standardized 4-step automated cleaning process for both kegs at the same time, with adjustable cycle times for each stage:
◦ Caustic wash: Circulates alkaline cleaning solution (e.g., 2–3% sodium hydroxide) at high pressure (0.3–0.5 MPa) to dissolve stubborn beer stone, yeast sediment, and organic residues.
◦ Intermediate rinse: Flushes away caustic solution with tap water to prevent chemical mixing in subsequent stages.
◦ Sanitization: Circulates food-grade sanitizer (peracetic acid or chlorine dioxide solution) to eliminate bacteria, mold, and other pathogens, with contact time adjustable from 2–8 minutes based on contamination levels.
◦ Final rinse & drying: Rinses with purified water to remove sanitizer residue, then uses filtered compressed air to blow-dry keg interiors—this prevents moisture buildup and avoids affecting the flavor of subsequent filled beverages.
Each washing head is equipped with universal valve adapters (compatible with Sankey, Euro, Speidel, and DIN keg valves) and a leak-proof seal to prevent fluid spillage during operation.
3. Operation & Control System
Features a PLC touchscreen control panel for setting cleaning parameters (cycle time, pressure, temperature) and monitoring the process in real time; supports semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. Semi-automatic mode requires manual keg positioning and triggering, while fully automatic mode can integrate with a conveyor system for unmanned batch processing. The dual heads can also operate independently if only one keg needs cleaning, improving operational flexibility.
4. Key Accessories
Standard configurations include a set of interchangeable spray nozzles (for different keg sizes), a detergent/sanitizer mixing tank with level indicators, a wastewater collection tray with a drain, a compressed air filter, and a CIP (Clean-In-Place) port for automated cleaning of the machine’s internal pipelines.
Ideal for medium-scale craft breweries, cideries, and beverage filling plants; compatible with all standard keg sizes (5L, 10L, 15L, 30L, 50L) and suitable for cleaning reusable kegs used for beer, cider, cold brew coffee, and non-carbonated beverages.
