◦ Gravity filling: Suitable for non-carbonated beverages (e.g., still cider, cold brew coffee), relying on gravity flow for gentle filling with low foam generation.

Digital flow meters or level sensors enable precise volume adjustment (5–50 L per keg), with a filling speed of 20–60 L/min per head, cutting batch filling time by half compared to single-head machines.

Features a PLC touchscreen control panel for setting filling parameters (volume, pressure, speed) and monitoring the filling process in real time; supports semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. Semi-automatic mode requires manual keg positioning and triggering, while fully automatic mode can integrate with a conveyor system for unmanned operation.
