PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Material & Structure
All product-contact components are made of food-grade SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, including filling valves, liquid manifolds, and can handling parts, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with food safety standards. The frame is heavy-duty stainless steel, with a compact rotary or linear layout optimized for continuous production flow.
2. Filling System
Two main filling technologies are integrated, tailored to product types:
◦ Counter-pressure filling: For carbonated drinks (beer, soda)—the machine first purges cans with CO₂ to displace air, equalizes pressure between the product tank and cans, then fills the product gently to minimize foam and CO₂ loss.
◦ Gravity/piston filling: For non-carbonated products (juices, sauces, canned fruits)—relying on gravity flow or piston displacement for precise volume control, with anti-drip nozzles to reduce product waste.
Filling speeds range from 100 to 2000 cans per minute (CPM), depending on the model and can size (330mL, 500mL, 1L standard cans).
3. Seaming System
The integrated seamer uses a double-seam technology—the first seam curls the can lid edge around the can body flange, and the second seam compresses the joint to form an airtight, leak-proof seal. It features adjustable seaming rollers and torque controls to match different can diameters and lid types (easy-open ends, standard lids). The seaming head operates synchronously with the filling head to ensure seamless production flow.
4. Operation & Control
Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control panel for setting filling volume, seaming pressure, production speed, and real-time monitoring of key parameters (e.g., CO₂ pressure, can count). The machine supports fully automatic operation when paired with a can depalletizer, rinser, and labeler, with built-in fault detection (e.g., missing lids, under-filled cans) that triggers automatic rejection of defective products.
