PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. Material & Structure
All product-contact components are made of food-grade SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, including filling nozzles, liquid manifolds, and bottle grippers, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and corrosion resistance; the frame is constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel for stability during continuous operation. The four filling heads and four capping heads are arranged in a linear or rotary layout, with adjustable spacing to accommodate different bottle diameters (20–100 mm) and heights (80–300 mm).
2. Filling System
Equipped with gravity, pressure, or piston filling technology to adapt to different product viscosities: gravity filling for low-viscosity liquids (water, juice, wine), pressure filling for carbonated beverages, and piston filling for semi-liquids (syrup, sauce, lotion). Each filling head features a anti-drip nozzle design to prevent product waste and bottle mouth contamination, with precise volume control (adjustable from 50–1000 mL per bottle) via PLC programming.
3. Capping System
The integrated four capping heads support multiple cap types, including screw caps, snap caps, and flip-top caps. It uses a torque-adjustable motor drive to ensure consistent sealing tightness—avoiding under-capping (leakage) or over-capping (bottle damage). The system is equipped with a cap feeder and sorter to automatically supply caps, reducing manual labor.
4. Operation & Control
Features a PLC touchscreen control panel for setting parameters (filling volume, capping torque, production speed) and real-time production monitoring; supports fully automatic mode when paired with a conveyor belt, bottle unscrambler, and labeler, achieving a production speed of 800–2000 bottles per hour. It also has a self-diagnosis function that triggers alarms for bottle jams, low product levels, or cap shortages.
5. Key Accessories
Standard configurations include interchangeable filling nozzles and capping heads for different product/bottle types, a bottle height adjustment system, a product tank with level sensor, a cap sorting and feeding machine, and a CIP cleaning port for automated pipeline sanitization.
Perfect for filling and sealing bottled beverages (beer, juice, soda), condiments (soy sauce, vinegar), cosmetics (serum, lotion), and pharmaceuticals (syrup, oral liquid); compatible with PET, glass, and plastic bottles of various shapes and sizes.
Ideal for small-scale craft beer operations, taprooms, or homebrewers who reuse kegs regularly; compatible with 5L, 10L, 15L, and 30L standard beer kegs, as well as cider or soda beverage kegs.
1. Pressure-Equalized Filling Technology
Fills bottles under a sealed, pressurized environment matching the CO₂ level of carbonated beverages (beer, sparkling wine, soda), minimizing foam formation, preserving carbonation, and ensuring accurate fill volumes with zero product waste.
2. Integrated Filling & Capping Workflow
Combines isobaric filling stations with synchronized capping heads in a single production line, reducing transfer steps, cutting downtime, and boosting overall throughput for carbonated beverage production.
3. Versatile & Hygienic Design
Constructed with food-grade 304/316 stainless steel contact parts; compatible with various bottle materials (glass/PET) and cap types (crown caps, snap caps, screw caps) via quick-change tooling; supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems for easy sanitization.
4. Precision Control & Stability
Equipped with PLC touchscreen control for adjustable filling pressure, speed, and volume; built-in sensors monitor bottle positioning and cap alignment to guarantee consistent sealing quality and prevent leaks or spillage.
