3. Integrated with temperature control components (jackets or coils) to maintain the optimal 28–32°C range, critical for tequila yeast activity and preventing off-flavor production.
4. Designed with airtight seals and pressure relief valves; the seals lock in carbon dioxide to enhance fermentation efficiency, while relief valves ensure safe operation by releasing excess pressure.
5. Features practical fittings like large manways for agave mash loading/unloading, sampling ports for monitoring sugar/alcohol levels, and drain valves for easy waste removal, suiting the needs of small-to-medium tequila distilleries.
