1. Material & Structural Design

Constructed from food-grade 304/316L stainless steel with seamless, polished inner walls to prevent milk residue buildup and bacterial contamination; vertical cylindrical bodies with rounded corners and conical bottoms ensure complete drainage and easy cleaning. Insulated jackets are optional for temperature maintenance during mixing, while closed-top designs with airtight seals reduce oxidation of milk components.


2. Agitation System

Equipped with low-shear paddle or anchor stirrers (variable speed: 10–60 RPM) to gently mix ingredients without damaging milk fat globules or denaturing proteins—critical for maintaining product texture. Some high-end models add a homogenizing function to break down fat particles for a smoother consistency, suitable for milk beverages and cream products.


3. Hygiene & Functional Accessories

Standard fittings include large manways for loading raw materials, sampling ports for quality checks, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) spray balls for automated sanitization, complying with dairy industry hygiene standards (e.g., FDA, 3-A Dairy). Level sensors and flow meters are integrated for precise ingredient dosing, ensuring batch consistency.


4. Versatility & Scalability

Available in capacities from small-batch (50L) for artisanal dairies to industrial-scale (20,000L+) for mass production; compatible with cold or warm mixing (2–6°C for raw milk blending, 30–40°C for starter culture mixing) and adaptable for blending plant-based milks (soy, oat) as well.
