PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A tea brewing tank is a specialized food-grade vessel designed for batch brewing of tea liquor, tailored for commercial/industrial scenarios like bubble tea shops, bottled tea factories, and catering services.
1. Material & Structure
Primarily made of food-grade 304 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, easy to clean); some models use food-safe ceramic or glass linings for premium tea brewing to avoid flavor alteration.
Vertical cylindrical design with a conical bottom for complete drainage; equipped with a removable filter basket or internal mesh screen to separate tea leaves from liquor.
2. Temperature & Agitation Control
Integrated PID temperature controller to set precise brewing temperatures (60–70°C for green tea, 95–100°C for black tea, 80–85°C for oolong) and maintain stability during the process.
Gentle paddle stirrers (low-speed, adjustable) to ensure uniform contact between tea leaves and water, preventing leaf breakage and bitter flavor extraction; some small-scale tanks use manual stirring ports.
3. Functional Accessories
Large top manways for easy loading of tea leaves and water; sampling ports to check tea concentration and flavor during brewing.
Insulated jacket to retain heat and reduce energy consumption; rapid cooling coils (optional) for quick temperature reduction post-brewing, preserving tea aroma and preventing oxidation.
Built-in CIP (Clean-in-Place) spray balls for automated sanitization, suitable for continuous batch production in industrial settings.
4. Versatility
Compatible with loose-leaf tea, tea bags, herbal teas, and fruit teas; adjustable batch capacity (from 50L to 10,000L+) to match different production scales.meeting food safety standards for commercial production.
