1. Integrated Brewhouse Core

◦ Consists of 3-vessel or 4-vessel modular units (mash/lauter tun, brew kettle, whirlpool, hot liquor tank) made of food-grade 316L stainless steel, with a total batch capacity of 1,500 liters.

◦ Equipped with automated rake-style lautering systems and programmable mashing schedules (temperature ramps for protein rest, saccharification rest) to maximize sugar extraction efficiency.


2. Full Automation & Control

◦ Central PLC+HMI control panel to preset and monitor all parameters: mashing temperature (45–78°C), boiling time (60–90 mins), hop dosing timing, and wort cooling rate.

◦ Automated CIP (Clean-in-Place) system for self-cleaning of tanks and pipelines; automatic wort transfer between vessels via sanitary pumps, eliminating manual valve adjustments.


3. Key Functional Accessories
