The sealed structure enables extended cold conditioning (lagering) at 0–4°C, refining flavor profiles, improving beer clarity, and enhancing foam stability.
4. High-Precision Temperature & Pressure Control
Features a full-wrap dimple jacket connected to a glycol circulation system, paired with thick polyurethane insulation to maintain stable low temperatures and minimize energy consumption. It handles a working pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa, locking in carbonation effectively and inhibiting the growth of spoilage bacteria during storage.

Pre-fitted with high-precision sensors for real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and liquid level, it seamlessly integrates with brewery central PLC control systems. This allows remote operation, automatic parameter adjustment, and data tracking, reducing human error and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
6. Industrial-Grade Cleaning & Maintenance
Comes with a multi-nozzle 360° rotating CIP spray system and a mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) dead-corner-free inner wall, enabling thorough automated in-place cleaning. It also has reinforced support legs and lifting lugs for easy installation, disassembly, and routine maintenance in large brewery workshops.
