Features a gently sloped bottom (typically 3–5°) that facilitates natural settling of fine yeast, protein, and hop particles. A dedicated low-point discharge valve enables easy removal of sediments without draining large volumes of finished beer, preserving product yield.
4. Stable Temperature & Pressure Regulation
Equipped with a full-length jacketed cooling system connected to glycol circulation, paired with thick polyurethane insulation to maintain a steady 0–4°C temperature for cold conditioning. It withstands a working pressure of 0.4–0.5 MPa, locking in carbonation and inhibiting spoilage microorganisms effectively.
5. Uniform Carbonation Distribution
Fitted with a multi-point fine-bubble diffuser system along the tank’s length, ensuring even CO₂ dissolution across the entire 2,000-liter volume. This prevents localized over-carbonation and guarantees consistent foam quality and mouthfeel for different beer styles.
