1. Space-Saving Horizontal Design

3. Efficient Sedimentation & Beer Clarification
The horizontal structure allows natural sedimentation of fine yeast and protein particles at the tank bottom, with a sloped base and dedicated discharge port for easy removal of sediments, helping maintain beer clarity and purity.
4. Stable Temperature & Pressure Control
Equipped with a full-length jacketed cooling layer and thick polyurethane insulation, it maintains a consistent low temperature (0–4°C) to preserve beer freshness and slow spoilage. It withstands a working pressure of 0.3–0.5 MPa, locking in carbonation and inhibiting harmful microorganisms.
5. Uniform Carbonation Performance
Fitted with a side-mounted fine-bubble diffuser system that distributes CO₂ evenly throughout the horizontal tank volume, ensuring consistent carbonation levels for different beer styles without localized over-carbonation.
6. User-Friendly Operation & Maintenance
Comes with integrated pressure gauges, safety valves, sampling valves, and a 360° CIP spray system for thorough in-place cleaning. The tank’s horizontal orientation allows easy access to all ports and components, simplifying routine checks and maintenance tasks.
