Wine storage tanks can be classified into the following types based on material and function:

Stainless steel tank (mainstream choice):

Vertical/Horizontal: Vertical saves space and is suitable for small and medium-sized wineries; Horizontal for easy mixing and suitable for large-scale fermentation. ‌‌

Sanitary grade/pressure vessel: Sanitary grade is used for food brewing (such as wine)
